While the table itself is raised and lowered using a hydraulic cylinder, there was a risk that the table would descend if the hydraulic cylinder leaked oil when it was needed to be fixed in the raised position.
To solve this problem, Power Cylinder was adopted for fixing the table position.
Problem
Previously, the table was held in place solely by a hydraulic cylinder, but if an oil leak occurred when fixing it in the raised position, there was a risk that the table would gradually descend.

This electric cylinder is ideal for use in two-point operation like an air cylinder. It has a current detection type self-contained function.
It can be used not only as a replacement for air or hydraulic cylinders, but also in a variety of other applications.

By employing Power Cylinder for fixing the table position, the risk of downward movement caused by oil leaks in hydraulic cylinders has been eliminated. The forward movement automatically stops when it hits the opposing wall, and the reverse movement stops reliably at the end of the stroke, enabling stable positioning.
