Our cane harvester chains are manufactured at ISO-certified manufacturing facilities based on Tsubakimoto's own rigorous design and quality standards.

All components are shot-peened, and static preload is applied to the entire chain to enhance wear resistance.
This ensures excellent abrasion resistance and long service life, even in the harsh working environment of sugarcane fields, which are characterized by a large amount of soil and fiber waste and significant load fluctuations.

Mud conveyor chain

Our company offers a wide range of mud conveyor chains designed for use in humid environments.

Bagasse Carrier

Bagasse carrier chain with outboard roller

Its unique outer roller structure streamlines maintenance work. The bearing surface is designed to stably maintain a thin lubricating film, contributing to the extended lifespan of the entire system.

Furthermore, by optimizing the roller arrangement, it is possible to replace only the damaged roller without disassembling the entire system.
This reduces unnecessary and costly downtime.

Elevator chain

ANSI standard bushed chain are specifically designed for elevator and conveyor applications, offering high performance and durability.
These high-strength chains are compatible with cast iron combination chain sprockets.

Large size conveyor chain BT Series

It has approximately twice Maximum allowable load compared to CT Series.
Maximum allowable load of Large size conveyor chain CT Series has been increased (by approximately double).
We offer both metric and inch-pitch systems, and a variety of attachments are available.

Intermediate carrier

Intermediate carrier chain

RF conveyor type

The RF series intermediate carrier chains are manufactured using carefully selected materials.
The pins and bushings are made of a special stainless steel developed for bagasse reclaimer applications, providing enhanced corrosion and wear resistance.

Additionally, molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) grease is applied to the pins and bushings during assembly.
Since this chain does not typically require additional lubrication during operation, this MoS2 grease is baked on to ensure supplementary lubrication.
Depending on your application and equipment requirements, we can also provide additional sizes and other series as needed.

Bagasse Reclaimer

Bagasses Claimer Chain

The bagasse creamer is a piece of equipment that supports the entire sugar production process and is one of the most important applications in the chain.
Tsubakimoto Chain has developed and adopted stainless steel materials that combine high levels of corrosion resistance, strength, and wear resistance through extensive market research and on-site field testing.
In addition to this proprietary stainless steel, the pins undergo full-section hardening and induction hardening to maximize wear life.

Furthermore, assuming that no lubrication is performed during operation, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) grease is applied to the pins and bushings during assembly, and some parts are treated with a baking process.
Furthermore, the attachments are mounted to the chain using robotic welding, ensuring deep and high-strength welds.

Similar to bagasse carrier chains and elevator chains, Tsubakimoto's diffuser chains utilize a proprietary stainless steel material developed by Tsubakimoto that combines wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability.
