A scum skimmer is a device that removes scum, such as organic matter and oils, that floats on the water surface, and is essential equipment for maintaining water treatment facilities. Power Cylinder is used as the drive source to avoid the risk of water pollution. The extension and retraction of Power Cylinder rotates a notched pipe, achieving stable operation that efficiently removes scum.

This is an electric cylinder in the medium thrust zone with a rated thrust of 2.45kN or more that can be used with AC (alternating current) power.

Featuring a powerful load-holding brake motor, a low-noise gear reduction unit, a highly efficient Ball screw developed for cylinders, a safety mechanism to protect the mating device, and a wide range of options, it can be used for any application. Outdoor use is possible as standard. (Motor protection rating IP55)
