ATRAFLEX Coupling AFT Series
A wrap-around type coupling that uses a resin insert.
The insert can be easily replaced by splitting the notched insert.
The structure prevents metal from sliding against metal, so no lubrication is required and it can be used without replacing the hub.
It is compatible with large torque (up to 29380N・m) and shaft hole diameter (up to 184mm), making it ideal for use in medium to large equipment.
Benefits of adopting the product
By replacing the coupling with ATRAFLEX, maintenance now only requires checking the amount of deformation of the insert.
When replacing the insert, it can be easily removed by splitting and widening the notch, eliminating the need to move the driver/driven machine or measure misalignment again, reducing the burden on the site, shortening work time and significantly improving work efficiency.
