We were using a chain with a standard attachment and a gate-shaped resin block, but the resin block was costly and required delivery. By adopting a special attachment, the shape of the resin block was simplified, which reduced costs and labor.

We were using a chain with a standard attachment and a gate-shaped resin block for product transport, but because the gate-shaped resin block has a unique shape, it was expensive and the procurement delivery was long, so we wanted to do something about it.

Benefits of adopting the product
We were proposed to change from a standard chain with attachments and a gate-shaped resin block to a chain with special attachments (A2 attachments with a unique height) and a straight-shaped resin block, and we adopted this change.
Chains with special attachments are more expensive than standard chains, but by changing the shape of the resin block to a simpler design, we succeeded in reducing overall costs and delivery for procuring the resin block.
