Integrated Attachment Chain

Previously, we transported products by attaching jigs such as slats and scrapers to a chain, but we decided to adopt Integrated Attachment Chain that integrates the jigs into the transport chain.
Problem
We had previously outsourced the production of chains, jigs, and the assembly of the chains and jigs for product transport to different companies.
Therefore, each contractor had to store their own drawings, which resulted in increased costs and manpower for ordering and managing delivery.

Integrated Attachment Chain
Integrated Attachment Chain is a chain with special attachments from Tsubaki, where the jigs and attachments that customers previously installed themselves are integrated into the chain itself.
We propose chains with specially shaped attachments that meet all of our customers' needs. By incorporating these specially shaped attachments during chain manufacturing, we reduce the time and effort required for jig production and installation, contributing to overall cost reduction.
Benefits of adopting the product
Since Integrated Attachment Chain are delivered with the jigs already attached, we were able to reduce the costs and man-hours required for sheet metal processing, installation, and design, which we previously had to outsource to other companies.
Furthermore, integrating the chain and jig improved the precision of the mounting position and led to a slimmer device design.
