We replaced the hydraulic cylinders used in the sheet bonding process with Power Cylinder. This allows for precise positioning and control of Pressing force, and enables flexible adaptation to differences in sheet materials and jig sizes, which was difficult with hydraulic cylinders. This ensures stable bonding quality and improves productivity and work efficiency.
Problem
Although the jig size differs for each sheet material, conventional hydraulic cylinders made it difficult to perform fine positional adjustments. In addition, Pressing force could not be controlled consistently during the bonding process, resulting in variations in quality.

Power Cylinder Eco Series Servo Type
This electric cylinder is capable of high-speed, high-precision operation, making the most of the servo motor's performance.
A wide range of speeds and thrusts are possible. The lineup includes precision planetary reducers, which allows for a reduction in servo motor capacity, resulting in a lighter, more compact design and reduced initial costs.
We also provide mounts so that servo motors from various manufacturers can be attached. By coding the mounts, it is now possible to display the model number of the main unit.

By adopting Power Cylinder Eco Series servo type, high-precision positioning is possible, and fine adjustments can be easily made according to differences in jig size and sheet material. Furthermore, high-precision torque control allows for appropriate management of Pressing force during bonding, contributing to stable quality.
