Lift Master
overview
After heat treatment, several types of cast parts are transported on a single conveyor belt. Image processing is used to identify the part shapes, and a robot sorts each part into a basket.
Each basket is transported by AGV, and Lift Master is used to lower the basket to the AGV handover position.
Problem
We were looking for a lifter that could be easily installed and lowered directly onto the submersible AGV.

Lift Master is a cantilever lifter that can be plug and play type and tolerates overhang and lateral loads.
No assembly is required; simply install it on the floor, attach the arm, and connect the power to the motor to use it immediately.
The screw shaft and guide are compactly built into a highly rigid frame to support cantilever loads (overhanging loads).
Benefits of adopting the product
The deciding factor in adopting Lift Master was that it is a standardized cantilever lifter that does not interfere with the AGV's travel route.
Furthermore, this lifter was extremely easy to install because Ball screw, guide, and frame were all integrated into one product.
