Lambda Chain KF Series

Lambda Chain was used in the water heater arm of the aluminum melting furnace, but as it was reaching the end of its life in a short period of time, Lambda Chain KF Series which can be used in high temperature environments, was adopted.
Problem
The area around the chain that runs on the water heater arm that draws aluminum from the aluminum melting furnace and pours it into the mold is extremely hot, making it impossible to perform maintenance such as oiling.
For this reason, Lambda Chain (Lube-free Drive chain) was used, which can be used Lube-free thanks to the effect of special oil-impregnated bush. However, because molten aluminum reaches temperatures of over 600°C, Lambda Chain in the water heater was thermally damaged, causing the oil impregnated in the bushings to disappear, resulting in oil shortage. This resulted in wear and extension of the chain's lifespan in a short period of time, and required replacement costs.

This chain is ideal for use in high temperature environments (up to 150°C to 230°C) where chain oiling is difficult.
The bushings of Lambda Chain KF Series are impregnated with a special lubricant that is resistant to evaporation and deterioration, eliminating the need for chain oiling.

Lambda Chain in the water heater arm was replaced with a Lambda Chain KF Series, which uses bushings impregnated with a special lubricant that is resistant to volatilization and deterioration even in high-temperature environments (150°C to 230°C), extending the wear life and successfully reducing replacement labor and costs.
