A bucket-wheel type reclaimer uses a wheel with a bucket attached to the end of a boom to rotate and discharge materials. It discharges bulk materials such as ore stored in a storage area to the next process.

Chain scraper reclaimer
This machine is used to dispense bulk materials such as ore from a storage area. It dispenses the extracted material to the next process. This type uses a scraper attached to a chain to dispense the material.
Reclaimer Chain
Reclaimer chains reach the end of their lifespan when wear-resistant inclusions enter the space between the bushings and rollers, or inside outboard roller, causing poor roller rotation and wear between the bushings and rollers.
Tsubaki achieves a longer chain lifespan by employing bearing rollers with excellent dust resistance.

Iron yard
The process of extracting iron from iron ore is called ironmaking. The ironmaking process involves producing sintered ore and coke, and then extracting molten iron from a blast furnace. Tsubaki products play an active role in many aspects of this process as well.
Coke plant
Coal is steamed in a furnace to produce coke. Iron is extracted by reducing iron ore with carbon, and the furnace also serves as a heat source for melting ore and limestone.

Blast furnace
This is a facility that produces iron from iron ore. Iron ore and coke are alternately charged into the furnace from the top, and hot air is blown in from the bottom of the furnace. The CO2 gas generated by the combustion of the coke reduces the iron ore, turning it into iron. The temperature inside the furnace reaches 2000°C, and the molten iron (molten pig iron) is removed from the bottom of the furnace.
Roller chain coupling
This flexible coupling consists of two rows of roller chains, specially manufactured for coupling, wrapped around two sprockets.

Steelmaking yard
In the steelmaking yard, the pig iron (molten iron) produced in the blast furnace is decarburized in a furnace to produce molten steel. Then, the process moves on to continuous casting, where steel billets of a specific shape are formed as the molten iron solidifies.

RS Roller Chain G8

Continuous casting
This is the process of solidifying molten steel refined in a converter to create steel billets of a specific shape.
Molten steel removed from the converter is continuously poured from the ladle into a mold below and cooled. Once cooled and solidified, the steel is cut to the required length and transported to the rolling process, where it is processed into various shapes.
Pin gear drive Unit
This is a new drive unit that replaces gears and is ideal for the rotational drive section of ladle turrets and the drive section of rolling mill trolleys.
By employing a segmented design, installation is easy, and it can be used even with rough precision. A range of sizes is available to replace large gears, making it suitable for large-scale equipment.

This is a chain used to return dummy bars used in continuous casting to their original positions.

Hot-rolled and cold-rolled yards
There are two main types of rolling: hot rolling, which involves heating metal and rolling it into sheets or rods in a rolling mill, and cold rolling, which is done at room temperature to further thin the sheet thickness and create a beautiful, uniform surface.
Tsubaki products are used in both the hot-rolling and cold-rolling processes.
Hot rolling
This is the process of stretching a slab to create a strip of steel.
The slab is reheated to about 1250°C and rolled while still hot. The rolled steel strip is then wound into a roll, similar to toilet paper (hot coil).

Tsubaki chains are used in critical areas such as the opening and closing of the heating furnace door.

A looper system is a material storage device that handles the transfer, winding, and unwinding of rolled materials.
In steel sheet surface treatment lines, including CAL and CGL, continuous surface treatment is performed. This involves welding the joints between coils at the input end and cutting the coils after winding at the output end. When the flow becomes discontinuous, the carriage of the loop tower is raised and lowered to smoothly deliver the stored steel sheets. The reliable and proven Heavy duty drive chain plays a vital role in raising and lowering the carriage.
The G8 Heavy duty drive chain features a larger plate shape and thickness, providing high power transmission capacity and tensile strength while maintaining compatibility with general-purpose Drive chain.
