The TKR type Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) was adopted for applications such as protecting, supporting, and guiding cables that move in accordance with the head of a chip mounter.
By adopting the TKR type, dust generation was suppressed, contributing to a reduction in the defect rate and an improvement in yield.
Problem
In chip mounters, the head moves along the top of the product while mounting components. However Wear debris can be scattered from the cables and Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) that move along with the head, potentially leading to contamination of the product and resulting in defective products. Therefore, measures to prevent dust generation were necessary.

Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) TKR type
This series achieves ISO Class 1 cleanliness by using a linkless structure that eliminates pins and pinholes, making it the cleanest series in Plastic Series open type.
Compared to the general-purpose TKP model, it contributes to reducing environmental impact through lower noise and dust generation.
We can accommodate special specifications, such as dry environment specifications (suitable for low humidity environments).
We do not use any specific hazardous substances exceeding the thresholds restricted by the European RoHS II Directive. (Excluding the cables and tubes that are housed inside.)
