Worm reducer

We offer two types of worm gears: cylindrical and Troidal. This series boasts a wide variety of options to meet diverse requirements.
Its high load capacity contributes to the design of compact equipment.
Furthermore, due to its minimal rotational unevenness, Tsubaki's worm gear reducers are widely used for winding and unwinding in roll-to-roll processes and for low-speed driving of turrets.

Longitudinal stretching device

NER coupling

It is used to connect the roll shaft and the drive unit.
This new structure eliminates the need for customer assembly of reamer bolts and discs, dramatically reducing assembly time. Furthermore, it allows for larger shaft hole machining compared to conventional disc couplings, making it ideal for connecting to rolls with large shaft diameters relative to the required torque.

Hollow shaft type reducer for servo motors

Hypoid gear head HMTK

A hollow-shaft hypoid gear is used as a reduction gear for servo motor drive on the roll axis. The hollow reduction gear, which directly connects to the servo motor, simplifies the layout.

We offer a variety of specifications, including stainless steel chains and nickel-plated chains, to suit different operating environments. For sprockets, Fit Bore is convenient because it allows for easy selection of shaft hole machining specifications and easy acquisition of drawings.

The electrodes and separators are stacked alternately with high precision.

Injection

After TAB welding, electrolyte is injected into the battery cell and then sealed.

Charging and discharging / aging

After repeatedly charging and discharging the battery to activate it, leave it in a specified temperature environment for a certain period of time.

Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) TKR type

Tsubaki's unique bending mechanism enables operation with low dust generation.
It is suitable for use in cleanrooms for secondary battery manufacturing. A dry-environment version, ideal for use in dry environments, is also available.

FLATVEYOR

A unique self-supporting flat cable system utilizing Tsubaki Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) technology.
The support member, which suppresses bouncing and enables Long travel length, is built into the tube. The cable and tube have a flat, welded structure, resulting in low dust generation.

Plastic modular chain are frequently used in manufacturing lines for cylindrical batteries that are transported upright in cassettes.
Its modular structure, assembled in a brick-like pattern, offers excellent maintainability.

WT1306-W type

It is constructed with a combination of materials that are less susceptible to the effects of low humidity environments (dew point temperature of -40°C). The 5mm and 10mm chain widths utilize slit pins, ensuring secure retention and easy cutting and joining.

AUTRAN VANGUARD

It is possible to connect stations in the shortest possible distance, regardless of ground facilities or walkways, enabling a compact and efficient configuration.
It offers high-speed, quiet, and stable conveying at a maximum speed of 220 m/min. Some models utilize a non-contact power supply system to reduce the risk of dust generation, making them suitable for use in cleanrooms (equivalent to Class 100). Rubber Star

This container-type conveyor utilizes rubber block chain and uniquely structured buckets. The front and rear of each bucket are joined to the next bucket by flexible straps, eliminating gaps at the connections.

Furthermore, since the buckets are made of molded resin, there is almost no gap between the side plates. This allows for quiet operation, and because the steel cords are covered with rubber blocks, there is no sliding wear, resulting in a long service life.
