The sprockets had a short lifespan and were replaced approximately once every year and a half.

To replace it, the ash would get stuck and it couldn't be removed, so we had to cut the entire shaft off and remove it every time.

By adopting a ring-type replaceable tooth sprocket, it is now possible to replace only the worn teeth without removing the sprocket from the shaft, which has significantly reduced both labor hours and costs.

When we first purchased the replaceable tooth ring type, we used the shaft assembly service. The shaft and sprocket were delivered already assembled, which made it easy to install on the conveyor.

In addition, by designing the sprockets with Indicator pins (replacement notification marks) on the teeth, we were able to reduce the amount of work required to inspect the sprockets.
