The inner and outer plates are each blackened, giving them some corrosion resistance and a luxurious finish. To ensure compatibility with RS roller chain, the inner plate thickness is one size larger, and the tensile strength and Maximum allowable load are the same as those of RS roller chain. As a result, the pin length is longer than that of RS roller chain, so please check for interference with equipment when replacing.

Long-life Lambda Chain is a chain that significantly improves the wear resistance of Lambda Chain thanks to the effects of the oil-impregnated felt seal. It is ideal for those who wish to extend the replacement interval even further from Lambda Chain they are currently using. While it is compatible with Lambda Chain, the pin length is longer than that of Lambda Chain, so please check for interference with other equipment.

NP Series: Plates and rollers are specially nickel plated to provide mild corrosion resistance.
NEP Series: The plates are given a special three-layer surface treatment, and the rollers are given a special coating to improve corrosion resistance.

The new KF Series was born by integrating the heat-resistant Lambda Chain and food machinery Lambda Chain specifications!
The bushings are impregnated with NSF-H1 certified special lubricant, allowing them to be used in a wide temperature range from room temperature to 230°C. This environmentally friendly Lube-free chain can also be used in food processing machinery.

By increasing the thickness of the outer and inner plates by one size, we have ensured the same strength as RS roller chain, even in double-strand specifications. Lambda Chain is compliant with the ISO606 B series. It can be used as a direct replacement for existing BS series chains. RS08B to 16B use a specially shaped pin in single strand, allowing for easy cutting and splicing.

This roller chain can bend significantly sideways due to the unique pin and bushing structure and large clearance between plates.

This chain consists of only link plates and pins and is primarily used for lifting forklifts and other equipment.
