Plastic Series

A wide range of easy-to-handle plastic Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) are available in sizes from small to large.
Choose the most suitable Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) Plastic Series for your application, such as the most popular and widely-varied TKP Series, the low noise and low dust TKR Series, or the TKZP Series with a zipper structure that allows for easy cable installation.

Steel Series

This steel Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) is highly strong, rigid, and durable.
We have a wide range of products, including the TK type with supporter holes processed to match the cable diameter, the TKF type with a fully enclosed structure that protects the cable from dust and spatter, and the LS series that is lightweight and exhibits excellent dynamic functionality.
Special shapes such as stainless steel specifications and circular travel arrangement are also available.

This is a basic type with a wide range of sizes from small to large.
It is economical, can be delivery quickly, and is easy to cut and join.

Open type

Thanks to its short pitch and unique bending structure that utilizes the flexibility of the resin, there is no sliding wear between the pins and the pin holes, resulting in class-leading low noise and cleanliness (low dust generation).
It can cut and connect and spliced, and the length can be adjusted.

CLEANVEYOR

Achieves the industry's lowest dust generation and cleanliness.
Furthermore, this is a cable system specifically for clean rooms that comes pre-assembled with dedicated Flexible cable and pneumatic tubes according to the customer's usage conditions.

This is the lowest-dusting Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) system in the Tsubaki Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) lineup.

Cleanliness ISO class 1 is achieved, making it ideal for use in clean rooms.
(CLEANVEYOR (certificate for the product CLEANVEYOR (CV-2025-0032)) obtained ISO Class 1 in the test based on ISO 14644-1 "Classification of air purity" by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Automation (IPA) in Germany)

- Low noise of less than 36dB(A) and a long life of over 10 million flexes (based on in-house testing).

• We do not use any specific hazardous substances exceeding the thresholds restricted by the European RoHS II Directive.

FLATVEYOR

This is a unique self-standing flat cable system that makes full use of Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) technology.

・Achieving cleanliness ISO Class 1 and contributing to yield improvement.
(In the test based on ISO 14644-1 "Classification of air purity" by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Automation (IPA) in Germany, FLATVEYOR (certificate for the product FLATVEYOR (FV-2025-0049)) has obtained ISO Class 1)

- It can accommodate Long travel length that cannot be achieved with flat cables.

• We do not use any specific hazardous substances exceeding the thresholds restricted by the European RoHS II Directive.
(Excluding cables and tubes supplied by the customer)

- Consultation with us is required to select and order this product.

FLATVEYOR ZP specifications

A self-standing flat cable system with an open/close structure.

- Tsubaki has developed its own unique open/close tube that is flexible, durable, and has good sliding properties.

Cables and tubes can be easily inserted and removed.

・Achieving cleanliness ISO Class 1 and contributing to yield improvement.
(In a test based on ISO 14644-1 "Classification of air purity" by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Automation (IPA) in Germany, the FLATVEYOR ZP specification (certificate for the product FLATVEYOR ZP Type (R130)) has obtained ISO Class 1)

- Up to 8 openable tubes are standardized.

• We do not use any specific hazardous substances that exceed the threshold limits set by the European RoHS II Directive.

TKR Series

Thanks to Tsubaki's unique bending and flexing mechanism, Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) is versatile and produces minimal dust.

- Achieves ISO Class 1 cleanliness, contributing to improved yield even in general-purpose applications.
(In tests based on ISO 14644-1 "Classification of Air Cleanliness" by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Automation (IPA) in Germany, the TKR type Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) (certificate for the product TKR20H28) achieved ISO Class 1.)

- Special specifications such as dry environment specifications (suitable for low humidity environments) are available.

• We do not use any specific hazardous substances that exceed the threshold limits set by the European RoHS II Directive.

・The TKR28H52-EX, with an even Long travel length, can be used up to 5.94m, and is now part of our lineup.

 

TOTALTRAX Tracks

The necessary cables and hoses are delivered pre-inserted (set) into Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR).

・All types of Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) are available

- The cable is either our special Flexible cable for Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR), or a movable cable specified by the customer made by another manufacturer.

- Hoses and tubes will be provided as specified by the customer or equivalent items.

・We can also process end of cables and hoses (incorporating connectors, metal fittings, etc. specified by the customer or equivalent).

・Cables (manufactured by other companies), hoses, tubes and end parts specified by the customer can be procured by us or supplied by the customer.

 

3D Series

This Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) can move freely in three-dimensional space.

 

Made of polyamide resin, it is lightweight and highly durable.

The connector and main body can be connected with one touch, and the connection is waterproof.

In addition to fixed piping, it can also move freely in three-dimensional space.

The connections between links and between links and end links are spherical and have a loose fit.

This sphere allows it to follow three-dimensional movements and twists (rotations).

bending radius (R100) is regulated at the link end face.

The steel wire allows for high tension.

The open structure allows the cable to be inserted by simply pushing it in, making maintenance easy.

Ideal for rotating robots.
