The extension pins on the chains with attachments (standard length extension pins listed in the catalog) were shorter than the length we needed. As a result, after the chains were delivered, we had to attach other pins to the extension pins on-site. However, this caused deformation and breakage at the extended pins, shortening the chain's lifespan and leading to frequent replacements, which was a concern for us.

Furthermore, we wanted to improve the situation because each time the chains were delivered, additional processing was required on-site.

We were offered a chain with a special attachment (extension pin of a special length), and after adopting it, we were able to improve the durability of the extension pin section and reduce the frequency of chain replacement.

Furthermore, since the acquired chains can be directly attached to the device, no additional processing is required on-site, resulting in reduced labor costs, which I am very pleased with.
