HY Type offers high rigidity and strength (approximately twice that of Ultra PX Belt HC Type), allowing for a reduction in the size of the drive unit and enabling a more compact design.

The robot arm uses ROBOTRAX, Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) that moves in three dimensions.
ROBOTRAX can withstand high tension thanks to its internal steel wire.
Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) features an open structure that allows cables to be easily inserted by pushing them into the slits on the side of the link, making maintenance work simple.

A CV (Conditioner Vehicle) using Plastic modular chain is used in the mechanism for transferring materials from the AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle).
This conveying chain features a modular, brick-like structure, offering excellent maintainability, lightweight design, quiet operation, and cleanliness. Standard conveyors are also available.

This lightweight, short-stroke lifting device meets the "low profile" and "high load capacity" requirements for a workpiece lifting mechanism used by AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) that can "vertically push up loads."

Using Zip Chain Actuator in the lifting mechanism of an AGV/AMR contributes to a more compact design.
We can also supply zip Zip Chain lifters, taking advantage of their high speed, high frequency, and long lifespan. The high speed and high frequency contribute to increased productivity.

In AGV/AMR transport, there are cases where there is a difference in height between the AGV/AMR operating in the preceding process and the AGV/AMR operating in the next process. To transfer the transported goods, a lifting mechanism that lifts the goods and replaces the AGV/AMR is used, and Lift Master that can be installed simply by placing it down is employed.

While containers and other transported goods are generally handled primarily by conveyors, lifting and lowering slides may be used for transfers when conveyor-based transfers are difficult.

This is a simple electric cylinder that can be used with a battery power supply and has a thrust of 100N (10.2kgf) to 600N (61.2kgf).
With its compact design featuring orthogonal alignment of the operating and motor sections, it can be used outdoors and offers a wide range of options including position detection units and overload detection units.
