Synchronous Belts and pulley

Because the arms of high-speed vertical articulated robots require precise and repeatable positional accuracy, HY Type which has low elongation and excellent damping characteristics, is employed.
HY Type offers high rigidity and strength (approximately twice that of Ultra PX Belt HC Type), allowing for a reduction in the size of the drive unit and enabling a more compact design.

Many different types of Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR), including 3D series and cleanroom-compatible models, are used as peripheral equipment for robots.

Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) ROBOTRAX (TKRB type)

The robot arm uses ROBOTRAX, Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) that moves in three dimensions.
ROBOTRAX can withstand high tension thanks to its internal steel wire.
Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) features an open structure that allows cables to be easily inserted by pushing them into the slits on the side of the link, making maintenance work simple.
A wide range of accessories are available, including Coil spring to prevent interference with the robot arm.

A unique, self-supporting flat cable system utilizing Tsubaki's advanced Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) technology.
A support member is built into the tube to suppress bouncing and enable Long travel length. The cable and tube have a flat, welded structure, resulting in low dust generation.

Traversing and work handling mechanism

Pin gear drive Unit

Pin gear drive unit is a drive unit that replaces rack gears and the like.
Even over long traverse distances, the segmented structure makes installation easy. Furthermore, the arc shape can be manufactured to the required angle.
The pin rack has a structure with gaps that allow foreign objects to escape, making it less likely for them to get stuck and preventing the pin gears from getting caught.
Furthermore, we offer flexible types that are easier to install, as well as stainless steel types and highly rust-resistant versions to suit different usage environments.

Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) Gliding arrangement specification

Gliding arrangement specification refers to a usage method where Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) slides along guide channel when a longer stroke than the free span shown in Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) Allowable load graph is required. This is used for robotic travel axes.

Lift Master

This is a plug and play type cantilevered electric lift.
The screws and guides are housed within the frame, and the compact design allows for flexible layout of the production line.
Furthermore, it contributes to a significant reduction in design, assembly, and installation man-hours. The synchronization of the two Lift Master can be handled in two ways: a mechanically linked system or a system where each lift master has its own motor and is electrically synchronized.

Pin gear drive Unit

Pin gear drive unit is used in the pallet replacement and rotation mechanism of an automated supply line for welding components operated by a robot.

Zip Chain lifter / Zip Chain Actuator

This table lifter uses Zip Chain mechanism for high-speed lifting and lowering. It enables high-speed automation of tasks at heights that robot arms cannot reach, and its high positioning accuracy allows it to accommodate the precise movements of robots.
In addition to table-type lifting mechanisms, robotic lifting layouts using space-saving Zip Chain Actuator are also possible.

Linispeed Jack

It achieves an operating speed of up to 200 mm/s and Percentage duty cycle of up to 100% ED.
Even at higher operating speeds, it can be operated with a smaller size than conventional jacks, and furthermore, the newly developed structure enables a lower profile. The lifting platform using Linispeed Jack not only significantly increases the range of motion in the Z-axis direction, but also allows for a lower profile for the equipment.

Pin gear drive Unit

Transfer mechanism

Plastic modular chain

A CV (Conditioner Vehicle) using Plastic modular chain is used in the mechanism for transferring materials from the AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle).
This conveying chain features a modular, brick-like structure, offering excellent maintainability, lightweight design, quiet operation, and cleanliness. Standard conveyors are also available.

Inter-floor vertical transport / Zip Master

We offer standard specifications for strokes up to 2m, and we can accommodate Long travel length as well. We have a proven track record of using this system for moving AGVs between floors within factories.
The use of linear guides allows for cantilever operation even with Long travel length, contributing to space savings in cantilever lifters.
