2-1-3. How to install wearstrip
- -wearstrip should be supported flush against the frame.
- -wearstrip are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which expands significantly due to temperature and humidity. Therefore, fix them to the frame with a screw at one end, leaving a gap of about 5 mm at the joint.
- - Use steel or stainless steel square bars to guide both sides of wearstrip.

- Part a: Does not interfere with Plastic Roller part inside Plastic Roller table.
- Part b: Do not interfere with adjacent Top chain, etc.

- Plastic rail (P-rail), PLF rail: 20 x 10-5 /℃
- M rail: 9×10 -5 /℃

- 1. Plastic rail operating temperature range
Plastic rail (P-rail), PLF rail: -20 to 60°C
M rail: -20 to 80°C - 2. Do not use Plastic rail in conditions where it is exposed to steam.
2-2.Return return-way wearstrip
2-2-1. Common to ST and RT types
- - The bending radius of both ends of wearstrip should be as shown in the table below.

- -wearstrip are shaped so that Plastic Roller in a specific row do not wear out.
- -wearstrip width W1 is C1 (effective width) - 10
- - Use ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene for wearstrip.
2-2-2. Using Top chain accessory
- (1) Uses sliding shoe (TP-C14343T-SD) and spacer (TP-C14320T-SP)
