This contributes to lowering the floor level of the palletina handover area and making efficient use of space.
Lift Master
overview
Lift Master was adopted for the purpose of transferring pallets transported by AGVs to a conveyor belt.
By using a special design that mounts the motor at the top, the arm supporting the palletina can be lowered, enabling lifting and lowering from a lower position.
Furthermore, by creating a structure that allows AGVs to enter and exit from the central lower part of the two Lift Master, we were able to make effective use of the limited equipment space.
Problem
The requirements included a configuration that could be raised and lowered at a low position to receive pallets on an AGV with a low loading surface, and a configuration that could make the most efficient use of equipment space due to the limited space on the manufacturing line.
Adopted products
Lift Master
Lift Master is a cantilever lifter that can be plug and play type and tolerates overhang and lateral loads.
No assembly is required; simply install it on the floor, attach the arm, and connect the power to the motor to use it immediately.
The screw shaft and guide are compactly built into a highly rigid frame to support cantilever loads (overhanging loads).
While the standard model has the motor mounted at the bottom, a top-mounted version is also available.
Benefits of adopting the product
By specially modifying Lift Master 's motor to be mounted on the top of the unit instead of the standard position at the bottom, we were able to lower the arm that holds the palletina, resulting in a configuration that allows for receiving and lifting at a lower position.
Furthermore, by designing the structure so that AGVs can enter and exit from the central lower part of the two Lift Master, we were able to make effective use of the limited space.
