In spaces where the conveying distance (conveyor length) is short relative to the width, conventional belt conveyors are prone to meandering and slipping, making them difficult to install.
By using a plastic modular chain that can be used even with short conveyor length, stable transport is possible.
Problem
Generally, a belt conveyor needs to be at least three times conveyor length than its width to ensure stable transport, which makes it unsuitable in many cases when there are restrictions on installation space.

By using two-color molding (molding different materials into one piece) and attaching herringbone-shaped rubber to the conveying surface, the conveying surface has high friction, preventing the items from slipping when conveyed at an incline.
This Plastic modular chain has the features of being able to "organize chain widths in 50mm increments" and "enabling a in-line layout of nose bars," making it ideal for replacing belt conveyors.
