4-2. Selection of sprockets, shafts, and bearing units
Select the shaft, bearing, and sprocket that meet your operating conditions from the "Shaft Allowable load graph" in Tables 10 to 24 below and "Shaft specifications and commonly used bearing units" (see product page).
Note: The applied tension F' per meter of chain width is limited depending on the bearing (bearing inner diameter) used.
Relationship between applied tension F' per meter of chain width and bearing unit support span
1) The relationship between bearing support span Y and chain width X is for 40, 50, and 60 square shafts.
Please use "Y = X + 150 (mm)" as a guideline.
Note) Operating temperature range: -20 to 80°C
