Standard installation


Support roller installation
■Applicable types - TK type, TKH type, TKS type, TKP type, TKR type, TKQ type, TKMK type, TKMT type, TKC type (travel speed 150 m/min or less)
*This can also be applied to the TKUA type. Please contact us if you are considering this.
■ In the case of one support roller (S1: travel length) - The allowable travel length is 1.5 times that when there is no support roller. (Excluding the TKR type Note) 1)
■ With two support rollers (S2: travel length) - The allowable travel length is twice that of when there are no support rollers (excluding the TKR type Note 1).
Note) The installation interval (L) of the support rollers for the TKR type should be as follows:
- TKR15H22: L=0.35m or less
- TKR20H28: L=0.7m or less
- TKR26H40: L=0.7m or less
- TKR28H52: L=0.9m or less
Note: Depending on travel length, three or more support rollers may be required.
Installation with support plate
■Applicable type - TKC type (travel speed 60m/min or less) *If you are considering a type other than the TKC type, please contact us.
(S2: travel length) - The allowable travel length is twice that without the support plate.
Note: When support rollers or support plates are included, the moving end bracket cannot be installed upside down compared to the diagram above (as the moving end bracket will interfere with the rollers or plates).
Gliding arrangement
■Applicable models: TKP type, TKC type, TKMK type, TKMT type
*This can also be applied to the TKUA type. Please contact us if you are considering this.
| Features | This is a special installation method used for long strokes that exceed Allowable load graph when two support rollers are installed. In principle, the moving end fittings are specially designed and differ from the standard. The moving end installation height is also different from the standard. |

| Guide Method | Stepped rails are required to guide the flexible Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) as it travels. The left and right gap between Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) and guide channel must be smaller than in standard installation. |
Combination installation

*Please pay attention to the length so as not to put strain on Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR).

Vertical installation
■ Applicable models - Models other than TKS type
-Used when Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) moves vertically (up and down).
-Guide channel are required on both sides to prevent Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) from shaking or tipping over.
■Inverted U-shape
| Features | -This is an installation method in which the unit is used upright. - The mass of the cable/hose is concentrated at the apex of bending radius, so it is not suitable for Long travel length. |
