MI-S Series: Handle with care
- 1. Sprockets and gears to be attached to outer race should be securely attached to the tapped holes on the end face of the outer race outer race bolts with a strength classification of 10.9 or higher, aligned with the inner circumference E dimension (here). A tolerance of f7 is recommended for the spigot part.
- 2. We recommend a shaft diameter of h6 or h7.
- 3. Always use a parallel key and never use the top of the key. Use a JIS B1301-1996 (new JIS) parallel key (normal type). Furthermore, make sure to fully align the key and keyway so there is no play, and tighten inner race end face with the end plate.
- 4. When fitting onto the shaft, apply force to the end face inner race.
- 5. For information on lubrication and maintenance, please see here.
