Handling precautions
How to pull out a cable wound in a ring shape
When winding a cable into a ring, be sure to pull it out in the direction of the winding, and do not pull it out in a spiral from the top of the ring.
How to pull out a reel-wound cable
Do not pull out reeled cables in a spiral shape. Use a shaft or similar to install the reel vertically, and pull out the cable so that it does not twist.
Correct arrangement method within Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR)
- - When inserting cables into Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR), make sure that Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) is wide enough to line up the cables horizontally and separate them with dividers.
- - When arranging Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR), give sufficient consideration to the left and right mass balance.
- - The minimum gap between the cable and Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) or partition plate must be 10% of the cable outer diameter or 2 mm, whichever is larger.

How to wire cables to Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR)
- - Route the cables so that they are not subjected to tension or twisting.
- - Do not bundle or secure cables inside Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR).
Fixing (clamping) at the moving end of Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR)
Move the moving end to the position where the free span is shortest and clamp the cable at the moving end.
Adjusting the cable length inside Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR)
Move the moving end to the position with the longest unsupported length, and adjust Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) length so that it can move freely without twisting, leaving it slightly loose (so that it lifts slightly above the inner surface of Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR)) so that it is not pulled or pressed against the outer surface within the bent section of the cable carrier.
Fixing (clamping) at the fixed end of Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR)
Once again, check that there is no tension on the cable, then clamp the cable at the fixed position on Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR).
Wiring to air hoses and hydraulic hoses
If you route cables together with air hoses or hydraulic hoses, the cables may be crushed or pressed against the hoses, shortening the cable's lifespan. Always install a partition to separate the cables and hoses.
