Pallet direction change pusher device
Before improvement
- -Air cylinders were used.
- - Pallets coming from the belt conveyor were changed direction and transferred to a roller conveyor.
problem
- - It protruded too much from the conveyor side, creating wasted space and making it impossible to install it next to a wall.
solution
- - Compact: By arranging the drive motor and ZCA in parallel along the conveyor, there is little protrusion outside the conveyor, eliminating wasted space.
