Multi-stage linear guide pusher

Before improvement

  • ・We manufactured a pusher using a guide shaft and an air cylinder as a sorting device for products carried by a conveyor.

problem

  • -It protrudes too much from the conveyor side and cannot be installed next to a wall.
  • ・I want to make it airless.

solution

  • · Linear guides are combined in multiple stages and used in conjunction with ZCA.
  • ・Compact: There is little protrusion toward the conveyor side, making it possible to install it against a wall. By using it in combination with a multi-stage linear guide, we were able to take advantage of the compactness of the ZCA.
