Maintenance precautions
- 1. Zip Chain and drive section are pre-lubricated with grease before delivery, so please use them as is. Use the recommended grease shown in Table 2. For normal use, the recommended grease lubrication cycle is once a year, but this will vary depending on the frequency of use and conditions. Refer to Table 3 for the recommended grease lubrication cycle.
- 2. To lubricate Zip Chain, first use a brush to remove the old grease, then use the brush to apply the grease evenly directly to the entire Zip Chain.

The guideline for lubrication is 500,000 strokes for ZCA25, 350,000 strokes for ZCA35, and 100,000 strokes for ZCA45.
Please carry out the lubrication cycle or the recommended number of reciprocations, whichever is shorter.
