Receiving, transporting and setting up
This section describes general handling of Zip Chain Lifter.
For details, please refer to Instruction Manuals included with the product.
Inspection upon receipt
When you receive your Zip Chain Lifter, please check the following items. If you have any problems or questions, please contact the store where you purchased it.
- - Check whether the [1] TYPE (model number), [2] MFG NO. (manufacturing number), and [3] DRAWING NO. (drawing number) listed on the nameplate match those you require (Figure 1).
- ・Are all accessories included?
- - Is there any damage caused by transportation?
- -Are there any loose screws or nuts?

Transportation
Please use a crane by using the lifting holes provided at the four corners of the base frame.
When transporting with a forklift, balance the entire lifter and place the bottom of the base on the forklift's tines.
*Do not use the forklift claws on the top frame to transport the product.
Installation
Make sure the bottom of the lifter is evenly in contact with the surface on which you are installing it, and secure it firmly. The hanging and fixing holes are located at the four corners of the base frame.
