• - Reducer sizes 35 to 70 have a sealed structure, so in most cases there is no need to change or replenish the lubricant. However, if the lubricant deteriorates rapidly due to usage conditions, you can expect to extend its life by changing it every 2,500 hours.
• - Please maintain reducer sizes 80 and 100 according to the following procedure.

• (1) Replace the filter for the first time after 1,000 hours of operation or three months, whichever comes first.
• (2) After the second time, replace the filter every 5,000 hours or every year, whichever is shorter, depending on the operating conditions.

4. Pressure Vent

• - Reducer sizes 35 to 70 are not required due to their sealed structure.
• - For reducer sizes 80 and 100, make sure that the installation is in the standard direction and be sure to install the included pressure vent. After installation is complete, check the oil level with the oil gauge.
  If you require a different installation method than the standard one, please specify this when placing your order.
