1. Sprockets and gears to be attached to outer race should be firmly attached to the inner circumference E dimension (here) of outer race, using bolts with strength classification 10.9 in the tapped holes on the end face of outer race. (See installation example.) We recommend a tolerance of f7 for the inlet part.
2. A shaft diameter tolerance of h6 or h7 is recommended.
3. Always use a parallel key and never use the top of the key.
4. Please use a JIS B1301-1996 (new JIS) parallel key (normal type). Please note that some model numbers do not conform to the relationship between shaft diameter and key specified in JIS.
5. When fitting onto the shaft, apply force to the end face inner race.
6. When using a vertical shaft, depending on the rotation speed, it may be difficult for grease to reach the upper bearing. Please contact us.
7. If a thrust load is applied to the Cam Clutch, provide a separate device to bear the thrust load.
8. The ambient temperature range for use is -5°C to 40°C. If the ambient temperature exceeds this range, please contact us.
9. Grease-filled type, eliminating the need for lubrication maintenance.
