Transfer cart between conveyors (mounted on an overhead traveling cart)
Before improvement
- -An air cylinder was installed on the overhead traveling cart to lift the panels to be assembled to the aircraft.
problem
- ・Because the outer tube of the air cylinder protrudes, extra space was required on the ceiling side.
- - The transported object was unstable, damaging the workpiece and making it difficult to position the panel.
solution
- ・Compact: It can be stored inside the cart. There are no protrusions, so no ceiling space is required. The cart's center of gravity can be lowered, eliminating wobbling of transported items.
