Introducing a human conveyor into the engine installation process to reduce the risk of falls
In the vehicle assembly process, workers previously worked while moving parallel to the vehicles being transported on overhead conveyors, but to further improve worker safety, we have implemented a human conveyor using Tsubaki's Plastic modular chain.

Plastic modular chain WT3109-W type
This Plastic modular chain is ideal for human conveyors (personnel transport equipment).
The WT3109-W model has a small chain pitch of 31.75 mm, enabling the conveyor to rise and fall to a height of 250 mm in one step.
The special surface shape is designed to be non-slip, preventing tool cart vibration and wheel drop, and also preventing workers from slipping.
