technical data linear actuator Linispeed Jack Handling

This section describes the general handling of Linispeed Jack.
For details, please refer to Instruction Manuals included with the product.

driving

  • - When selecting a jack, please select a frame number with a sufficient safety margin so that neither the working load (static and dynamic) nor the impact load exceeds the allowable thrust.
  • - The operating temperature range indicates that the surface temperature of the reducer, including the ambient temperature, of the jack during operation is -10 to 90°C. When measuring the temperature, check the surface temperature of the jack's input shaft. Also, make sure that all moving parts have completely stopped before carrying out the measurement.
  • The allowable input rotation speed is 3000 r/min. Also, please use it below the maximum allowable input capacity.
  • - The number of linked jacks that can be connected on the same line is limited by the shaft strength, so please refer to the allowable input shaft torque.
  • ・Please be sure to check the required input torque at startup using the startup efficiency.
  • -When using below freezing temperatures, efficiency will decrease due to changes in oil viscosity, so please make sure there is sufficient capacity for the drive source.
  • - Because the screw is efficient, a brake mechanism that exceeds the holding torque is required to hold it in place.
  • - When selecting and using a jack, allow for a certain amount of leeway in the stroke you are using. Using a jack beyond its stroke range may damage the jack. Linispeed Jack are equipped with a stopper, but this is to prevent the screw shaft from falling out during manual operation during installation.
  • - Never approach or touch the input shaft, screw shaft, etc. while the machine is running. You may get caught in them and be injured.
