Precautions
- (1) When selecting a jack, please select one with sufficient capacity, taking into account a safety factor, so that neither the working load (static, dynamic) nor the impact load exceeds the basic capacity.
- (2) Take sufficient care when checking the combination of screw shaft speed and allowable load, as well as the allowable buckling load, allowable overhang load, and allowable screw shaft rotation speed.
Using the jack at a load greater than that specified in the catalog may cause serious damage to the jack and the entire device.When attaching a sprocket, gear, pulley, etc. to the input or output shaft, please make sure that the overhang load acting on the shaft is less than the allowable overhang load.Allowable OHL ≧ T×f×Lf R

{1350} - (3) When the jack is in operation, make sure that the temperature of the jack, including the ambient temperature, is within the range of -15 to 80°C. When measuring the temperature, check the surface temperature of the jack input shaft, or the surface temperature of the traveling nut if the jack is equipped with a traveling nut. Also, make sure that all moving parts have completely stopped before carrying out the measurement.
- (4) The allowable input rotation speed of Linipower Jack is 1800 r/min. However, if you wish to input a rotation speed higher than the maximum input rotation speed for the basic capacity, please check the graphs related to screw shaft speed (lifting speed) and allowable load for JWB/JWH here and for JWM here before making your selection.
- (5) Continuous operation is not possible. Percentage duty cycle for the JWB (Ball screw type) and JWH (High lead ball screw type) jacks alone is within 30%ED, and for the JWM (Trapezoidal Screw type) it is within 20%ED. The load Percentage duty cycle Percentage duty cycle is based on 30 minutes and is the percentage of operating time per 30 minutes.

- (6) Please note that the number of jacks that can be connected on the same axis is limited by the input shaft torque. Please check the allowable input shaft torque of the type (allowable torque of the input shaft only).
- (7) Ensure that the starting torque of the drive source is at least 200% of the required torque.
- (8) When using the product at temperatures below freezing, efficiency will decrease due to changes in the viscosity of the grease, so please make sure that there is sufficient capacity for the drive source.
- ⚠ (9) JWM (Trapezoidal Screw type) is theoretically self-locking, but the self-locking function may not work due to vibration, shock, etc. In such cases, a brake device is required.
JWB (Ball screw type) and JWH (High lead ball screw type) are very efficient, so a brake device with a torque greater than the holding torque is required to hold the load. - ⚠ (10) The jack operating environment is as follows:

- (11) If there is a lot of dust, etc., use bellows to protect the screw shaft.
Please note that the bellows are not waterproof, so they will not prevent water from entering from the outside or grease from inside the jack from seeping out.
(If using outdoors, please install a cover to protect it from direct rain and wind.)
