Torque adjustment
- 1. Read the torque scale value corresponding to the required torque from the torque correlation diagram and tighten the adjusting nut (6) to this value. To tighten the adjusting nut (6), insert a hook wrench or round bar into the hole on the outside of the nut and turn it. Note: For TGF30 and 45 sizes, if the required torque is high (200 N·m or more), use the dedicated hook wrench (sold separately). For TGF65 and 90 sizes, if the required torque is high, loosen the bolt (8) and tighten the adjusting nut (6) to the required torque scale with the hex socket set screw (13), then fully tighten the bolt to easily adjust the torque.
- 2. Once the torque has been determined, add the value to the nameplate so that even if the product is disassembled for maintenance, it can be easily restored to the previous set torque. Furthermore, if stamping a match mark on the end face of the nut and hub, you can reproduce it more accurately. The torque of the product will not necessarily match the correlation diagram below, so please use it as a guide only.
