technical data Electrical controller Shock Monitor
Regarding regular inspections
1. Check that Shock Monitor 's LED display "MOTOR" lights up while the motor is running and that the load factor value on the LCD display is normal. (Daily inspection)
2. Periodically check the operation of each relay output in test mode.
3. Regularly check that Shock Monitor main unit and current sensor are not loose.
4. Periodically check that the terminal connections on Shock Monitor body and the sensor cable insertions are not loose.
5. The lifespan of Shock Monitor varies depending on the installation environment and operating hours, but if it is continuously energized at an annual average ambient temperature of 30°C, the lifespan of an electrolytic capacitor is usually approximately 10 years. We recommend that you have it overhauled or replaced with a new one before any problems occur.
6. The brightness of the LCD display changes depending on the ambient temperature and the duration of use. If the display becomes difficult to see, adjust the contrast. In addition, please also carry out regular inspections when performing a trial run, relocating the equipment, or changing the wiring.
