Centering
The higher the initial centering accuracy of the coupling, the less eccentric rotational stress that occurs during use.
Bearing wear, settlement of the installation surface, changes in condition due to temperature, changes during use due to vibration, etc. will shorten the life of your equipment and coupling. Please adjust regularly.
The allowable misalignment angle (Angular Misalignment) and eccentricity (parallel error) of a coupling are correlated, and as one increases the other decreases, so they must be considered at the same time.

Usage environment
Spiders are affected by moisture in the air, atmospheric gases, heat, ultraviolet rays, etc. and will gradually deteriorate over time, so please be careful about the environment in which you use them.
Use in an area with an ambient temperature between -30°C and 80°C, that is well ventilated and has minimal dust and humidity.
Avoid using this product in places where corrosive liquids or gases are present, or in places where there are flammable or explosive substances.
It is not water resistant or corrosion resistant, so please avoid using it outdoors.
Inspection
After 1-2 hours of actual operation, recheck the declination (Angular Misalignment) and eccentricity (parallel error).
Also, check for abnormalities in parts and wear on the spider periodically (for example, every six months to one year).
The spider is a consumable item and should be replaced regularly.
