Grease lubrication (GMTK, HMTK)
1. Grease lubrication
Grease lubrication is used.
2. Grease pre-filled
The specified amount of lead-free grease is filled into the product before shipping, so please use it as is.
3. Grease change
In most cases, there is no need to replace or replenish the grease, but replacing it every 20,000 hours will help extend its life.
Please note that grease replacement will be performed at our repair shop for a fee, so please ask us for this service.
4. Grease specifications
Use high-quality gear grease with a consistency of No. 000 or equivalent.
(For No. 1 grease specifications, please use Nigroove EP-1K manufactured Nippon Grease)
5. Recommended grease
Nippon Grease.: Nigutite LMS No. 000 (initial product, lead-free grease)
