When you receive the reducer, please check the following items.

If you have any problems or questions, please contact the store where you purchased the product.

  • (1) Check whether the output, reduction ratio, model number, voltage, etc. listed on the nameplate match those you require.
  • (2) Are all accessories (pressure vent, etc.) included?
  • (3) Is there any damage caused by transportation?
  • (4) Are there any loose screws or bolts?
