This section describes general handling of DCBL Hypoid Motor drivers.

If you are not going to use it immediately, please store it, paying attention to the following points.

1. Storage location

  • Store indoors in a clean, dry place.

Do not store outdoors or in places subject to humidity, dust, extreme temperature changes, or corrosive gases.

2. Storage Period

  • (1) The storage period should be no longer than six months.
  • (2) If the storage period is more than six months, special rust prevention specifications may be required. Please contact us for details.

3. Use after storage

  • (1) The non-metallic parts of the oil seal are susceptible to deterioration due to environmental factors such as humidity and ultraviolet rays. Therefore, after long-term storage, inspect the oil seal before starting operation and replace any parts found to be deteriorated with new ones.
  • (2) When starting operation, check for any abnormal sounds, vibrations, or heat. If any abnormalities are found, contact the store where you purchased the product immediately.
