4. Driving

4-1. Pre-start inspection

After installation is complete, check the following points before starting the machine.

  • -Is the rotation good?
  • -Is the connection with the driven shaft good?
  • -Are all mounting and tightening bolts loose?
  • After installation, please replenish grease through the grease nipple before operation.

4-2. Trial run

Before starting actual operation, perform no-load operation to check that the rotational relationships are correct and that there is no abnormal vibration, noise, or heat, and then gradually apply a load.

4-3. Actual operation

After starting operation, check the following items.

  • -Is there any abnormal vibration, noise, or heat?
  • - Check that there is no shock or overload.

Note: You may experience a slight fever for the first 2-3 days after driving.
However, if the case surface temperature exceeds 93°C, there may be a lack of lubricant or improper installation, so please inspect each part.
