6. No-load loss

The no-load loss rate of Miter Gear Box is shown in the table below.

This data is calculated from actual measurements taken at room temperature (25°C) and is subject to the ambient environment and conditions of use, so it is a reference value only and is not a guaranteed value.

Please refer to the table below for other speed ratios. Also, in the case of two lateral shafts, please take into consideration the table below for the transmission capacity of the two lateral shafts.

How to calculate no-load loss

・ED6M1-LR-Y (speed ratio 1:1) operating at 2000 r/min

Input kW = 18.6kW, no-load loss = 10%, so the no-load loss is 18.6 × 0.1 = 1.86kW.
