sizing Shock Guard
- ・We will select the model that best suits your specifications.
- - Select the series for which you want to display the selection results and the method for specifying the trip torque.
- ・Enter the specifications and click the model number selection button.
STEP 1 Select a series
Please select the series for which you want to view the selection results.
* See here for the features of this series.
* Click here for Selection Guide for overload protection devices.
STEP 2 Enter the selection criteria
・Please use “.” for the decimal point and not “,” as the calculation error will occur.
Please select the trip torque specification method from the following three cases.
1. Selection when trip torque is known
Determine the limit value beyond which torque should not be applied based on the strength, load, and other conditions of the machine device,
Use this as the trip torque.

Within the same series, the smallest model number that satisfies the conditions is selected.
2. Selection when torque is calculated from transmission power and rotational speed
Calculate the rated torque from the rotation speed and rated output of the shaft to which the Torque Guard is attached.
The trip torque is calculated by multiplying this by the service factor in Table 1, which depends on the conditions of use.
