• 1. Select the sprocket shape type from the table below.

• 2. The material combinations are as shown in the table below.

• *If the tooth material is SCS2 or FCD600, the tooth tip is hardened.

• 3. If the distribution of hub length is different on the left and right, please specify each dimension.
• 4. Painting specifications will vary depending on the government agency you specify, so please be sure to refer to the customer's specifications before providing instructions.
  Our standard specifications for pilot bore are coated with zinc-rich primer once, while finished holes are coated with zinc-rich primer once and epoxy resin twice.
  Resin, SCS13, and stainless steel 300 series are unpainted. All are coated with pre-vin oil on the shaft bore and hub end face.

• - When ordering, please specify the drive shaft diameter, key dimensions, sleeve outer diameter dimensions of the driven shaft, and hub dimensions.
  ・The standard number of teeth is listed, but we can also manufacture gears with other numbers of teeth than those listed above. Please contact us separately.
  - If the chain roller material is stainless steel 300 series or resin, the sprocket will be a special specification.
  ・For Square hub assembly, please specify the finishing hole. The maximum shaft diameter for the finishing hole is 160 mm.

  - Only C type is available for tooth counts of 25 or less.
