For those who are struggling with insufficient thrust and stroke or needing to improve takt time, starting in autumn 2022, we will be offering Zip Chain Actuator in medium and large sizes, which offer significantly expanded thrust and stroke ranges.

The range of thrust has been expanded to 38.2 kN and stroke to 5000 mm. Furthermore, high-speed, high-frequency operation with a maximum speed of 1000 mm/s and Percentage duty cycle of 100% ED is possible.

Zip Chain Actuator is becoming more and more powerful, enabling more sophisticated equipment functionality.

The chain is stored compactly, and the height of the storage case is approximately 85% lower than the stroke.

Automobile frame lifting device
