Please send your product to us and we will estimate and report the remaining lifespan and the causes of wear, breakage, corrosion, and bending defects.
Upon customer request, we can also hold meetings to provide detailed explanations of the investigation report and propose countermeasure specifications.

Depending on the nature of the investigation, our dedicated staff will visit the site.

Conducting an investigation on a part-by-part basis
We will disassemble the product you send us, inspect the appearance of each part, and measure the dimensions of each part.

2. Metal structure/material
Identify materials and heat treatment methods
We will disassemble the product you sent us, examine the appearance of each component, and measure the dimensions of each component.
When investigating competitors' products, we can also perform advanced comparative evaluations with products equivalent to Tsubaki.
3. Damage
Estimation of the cause of damage
We estimate the fracture mechanism through macroscopic observation of the fracture surface.
We will estimate the background and factors that led to the fracture and propose countermeasures.
Examples of actual fracture investigations
Observing the fracture of the broken pin, it was estimated that fatigue failure initiated by pitting corrosion was the cause.
- It is estimated that fatigue failure is progressing in other pins as well, so we propose the following measures:
- (1) Change the pins to a material with high corrosion resistance.
- (2) Review of the amount and interval of lubrication to maintain the oil film on the pin surface.
