  • ・Noise...Is the noise louder than usual? Are there any periodic abnormal sounds?
  • - Vibration...Is there any abnormal vibration?
  • - Temperature rise...Is the motor temperature higher than usual?

Lubrication

1. Grease lubrication

Grease lubrication is used.

2. Grease pre-filled

The specified amount of lead-free grease is filled into the product before shipping, so please use it as is.

3. Grease change

In most cases, there is no need to change or replenish the grease, but changing it every 20,000 hours will help extend the life of the product. Grease changes are available at our repair shop for a fee, so please feel free to ask us for this service.

4. Grease amount

(H: Hollow shaft, U: Face mount)

Motor Capacity Frame No. Reduction ratio Amount enclosed
kg
H U
0.2kW 20 22 1/10 ~ 1/25 0.27
1/30 ~ 1/60 0.23
0.4kW 30 28 1/10 ~ 1/50 0.33
0.75kW 35 38 1/10 ~ 1/30 0.67
1/30 ~ 1/50 0.53

5. Oil seal

A contact oil seal is used for the shaft seal of the reduction section.

In most cases, replacement is not necessary, but replacing it every 10,000 hours will help extend the life of the reducer.

The lifespan of an oil seal varies depending on the conditions of use, so it may be necessary to replace it even within 10,000 hours.

In addition, for equipment that is particularly sensitive to oil, such as food machinery, install an oil pan or other damage prevention device in case of oil leakage due to malfunction or end of life.

*In the early stages of operation, excess grease that was filled in during assembly may occasionally leak out from the lip of the oil seal, but this will not affect the functionality of the reducer.
